Reporting a file that will not convert
This is the most useful kind of report. Please include the source format, the target format, the browser and version you used, and roughly how large the file was.
Do not send us the file itself unless we ask. Given the point of this site, we would rather not receive your images.
Requesting a format
If there is a format you need that is not listed, tell us what it is and what you are trying to do with it. Formats with a working open-source browser codec are the easiest to add.
