Use this templateSmall businesses in much of Europe and Latin America take orders and bookings on WhatsApp; in Japan the same sign points to a LINE Official Account. The code uses each app’s official link format.
Use this templateFor counters, cafés, salons and street performers in the US and elsewhere tipping is expected. Link it to your own Venmo, Cash App or PayPal page. Tipping customs differ: in Japan it reads as support for performers, not a service charge.

Use this templatePick a template and it opens in the QR code generator with its colours and default text. Choose what the code should contain — a link, Wi-Fi details, a contact card — then edit every line of text. The code inside keeps all the generator’s options, and the whole design is decoded again after every change, so a long headline or a coloured background cannot quietly break the scan. Download a PNG for screens, an SVG for designers, or a PDF whose page is exactly the size of the card or label.
Every template has a real size in millimetres: 95 × 135 mm cards fit four to an A4 sheet, 85 × 55 mm business cards ten, 50 × 30 mm asset tags twenty-four. Print at 100 % or "Actual size" so the code stays as large as designed. Indoors, matte paper or card avoids glare that blinds phone cameras; for labels on equipment and outdoor signs choose laminated or polyester stock that survives wiping. Always scan one printed copy from where people will stand before printing the whole run.
Asset tags, badges and product labels usually need a different code and different text on every copy. Switch the generator to Batch, keep the template selected and load a CSV or Excel sheet: column 1 is what each code contains, column 2 an optional file name, and columns 3 onwards replace the template’s text fields in order. The result is a PDF of A4 sheets with every label at its real size, or a ZIP of individual images.
Yes. Business cards come in the size used where you are — ISO and Europe 85 × 55 mm, the US 3.5 × 2 in, Japan 91 × 55 mm, China 90 × 54 mm — and batch sheets print on A4 or US Letter. The generator picks both defaults from your browser’s region, and you can change them.
Yes. Choosing a template sets matching colours, but every style option — module shape, corner eyes, gradient, logo — stays available and applies to the code inside the template.
Text shrinks to fit and wraps onto a second line where the layout allows it; only if it still cannot fit is it shortened with an ellipsis. Check the preview before printing.
Yes. The template only decides how the code is presented. Choose Wi-Fi, Contact or any other content type and the code contains that; the Wi-Fi card and business card templates open with those types already selected.
No. Templates are drawn in your browser, and the downloaded files are created on your device.
